I have browsed this store found blankets/ throw rugs double the retail price of retail store clearly kmart brand $4 brand new I think staff need to rethink there pricing for goods & services not just this store but across all stores in Brisbane ive seen thus far . Staff lovely but out of touch with cost of living actually not affordable overpriced

Louise was such a lovely assistant. She brought such joy in her service and I can see how much she really enjoys helping people. Need more people like Louise in the world. Thank you!

My local op shop…ok really it’s my therapy place lol…. I love this little cute Vinnies! Yes it’s small in size but packs a good punch! You can find all sorts of things here! 👌 Big mention to the window displays as you walk past they draw you in…they are always so beautifully done, it’s just a classy little store to be honest and prices are quite fair and I know my op shops lol….😀 I personally can always find something! I mean my bank statement says I’m donating to charity lol…and I am!!! Hehe! This place runs with amazing volunteers and donations so feels so good to give back to them as Vinnies has helped me during many hard times…I applaud them for their charity work….👏 I cannot resist a sticky beak at this particular store…because it’s on my school run and it’s always got something cute or I just end up “needing” lol… I say do I want it? Yes! Do I need it? Yes!? Lolllll…😀😂 The staff are always really attentive…especially Nina and The Captain! Louise! I do not know all the names of staff but Nina is especially soooo sweet and good at her job but credit goes to all the staff who work here as they run a tight ship especially on Monday’s with “The Captain” who as soon as you walk in you get a hearty greeting which is really nice! 👍 There are absolute bargains here if you come by often so please do pop in every now and then.. For me? Truly it’s my therapy place lol…so I look a few times a week hehe…. All those who work and customers too who shop here are kind, caring and sweet!!! I can’t give more than 5 stars but if I could I’d give them more! ❤️🙏

A little gem of a store. I noticed something in the window display and walked out with a box full of goodies. The staff were very friendly, the stock was clean. I feel I walked out with a bargain, knowing I was reusing something that could have ended up as landfill, and my money was going to a good cause.

Felt very unwelcome in the store. A staff member greeted and acknowledged other customers, unfortunately was not offered the same courtesy. He did follow me out of the store, to make I didn't take anything though. Don't worry, I won't be returning.
