I was shopping in the store and had bought a few items and at the checkout i Saw a lovely figurine and it was $40 i asked if they were negotiable and would kindly accept $30, the lovely staff at the counter went out the back and obviously asked the manager and came back with the answer NO she won't accept that. I was like ohh ok. " I thought to myself geez a $30 sale plus the other items I had was better than nothing for them" nearly every other opp shops that i go to are negotiable on items - as they are donated. This place is quite over priced to start with but i still give them my money and I still come back & i also donate my own items to this shop but I think after this episode I dont think I will back. There are starting to be to many greedy opp shops.

The store is great with many options and things. But unfortunately most items of clothing are minimum $20 each. Not affordable in today’s economics as coming to charity shops to find some cheap clothing when unable to afford or obtain from other stores. This store is clearly about the $$ as some jackets (nice) but $150 which people who come to charity stores rarely have. Would love to come back when items aren’t priced as if it’s a “vintage store”

First time shopping and definitely won’t be the last! The manager is so wonderful and welcoming. Bought a really nice Billabong bag after finding it here cheaper and better quality than the previous store I was at. Prices were reasonable for the quality of clothing x LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
