I wanted to leave a review regarding the welcoming service I received today from a man in a very sharp looking white suit! He was very approachable and easy to talk to and very kind! The store was in amazing condition and it was quite busy yet he calmly made sure customers needs were met and didn't miss a single beat. I enjoyed how he tried to connect with me during the shop, normally I have anxiety in public but this made me feel a lot better. I also left with a bunch of activewear at amazing prices as I wanted to start running and got a whole bag worths of activewear for the same price I would've paid for a simple paid of running shorts new! Thank you again :)

When you walk into a charity shop you don't want to feel judged, uncomfortable or having a creepy guy watching you. The man behind the counter was in a full designer suit making everyone feel less superior to him than everyone else. The store had no music everyone was trying so hard not to talk out of fear if we did we might get thrown out , most people left after a few minutes because it was incredibly uncomfortable. Then the final straw was having the man in the suit behind the counter watching you the whole time, honestly I was scared to go inside the dressing room . DO NOT GO HERE !

I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had with a staff member at Yesterday on 20th August morning. The STAFF was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She spoke to me in a harsh tone, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable during my visit. I believe that customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, and her behavior was unacceptable. I kindly request that this matter be looked into to ensure a better experience for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this issue. there's only one lady in the store handling the payments in the morning

A great op-shop - beautifully set-up and displayed, great brands, reasonable prices, easy to navigate and look for items you're in need of or just happily browse. Great for work outfits or a little something special. Wearing second hand is so easy thanks to stores like these - quality items and brands that don't cost the earth.
