I agree with all the other comments - the staff are so unfriendly and miserable. It’s like they hate what they do and dislike everyone coming in to give their donations. I do understand that they’d see a lot of junk, but they can also tell when you’re dropping off good stuff and yet….

This op shop has always been more expensive than others but recently it has gotten worse. $80 dresses some $120! I saw a coat with new with tags with $35 on it that vinnies had labeled $50! Most items are cheaper to buy from the origional retailer on sale. No kids toys anymore either. If you need a warm coat and are on a budgey dont come here !

While the store itself is quite nice (a bit expensive), the staff are not. I've been to a few Op Shops so I know that the majority of workers are volunteers which is commendable. However, they seem to enjoy talking down to their customers and donators, this includes the Manager who was very dismissive and unfriendly.

i came across this store today with my boyfriend and the service was so good. This one lady was so sweet to everyone. i even found the most adorable overalls and red coat for my little sister!!

5 star service and experience. The store was clean and smelled amazing!! The layout was spacious and organised. James was a superstar!! Radiated positive and infectious energy the whole time!! Would recommend and be back soon!
