Definitely will not be coming back to this store we drove all the way here with 45mins remaining until the store shut only to be told after 15 mins to make our way to the counter as they are closing now. And being told to go try my items on and make my way to the counter when i have 20 mins remaining.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I asked to join their loyalty service, to which they told me I can only after a transaction. I asked why, and a man who was working there came over and just glared at me. I begrudgingly put through a transaction, then they signed me up - only for me to find out my transaction wasn't being added to the loyalty because they put it through before my transaction. I asked why they did that only for the lady to say "I don't know how to do it, he had to be here" and said there was nothing they could do. I should have demanded a refund but there was a line behind me so I didn't. Horrible customer service!! Not to mention how overpriced everything is - $35 dollars for a skirt that was preloved I could buy new and retail at $20.

Reading some of these reviews is very disappointing. The Salvos are often on TV asking for donations but to read about the customer service is alarming, Area Manager needs to see what's going on in this store. I left 4 bags of clothes in the red bins out the front, some still brand new with the tags on them, I was hoping they would go to the poor people that are doing it tough, makes me think twice about donating now?

Each year I donate $500 - $1000 of new stuff to salvos. Took several bags into the shop and was asked what am I donating. I told her clothing and other items. She looked at me and said no we don’t really want anything else. How can a charity organisation turn away donated items. Will be donating to lifeline from here on in. Shocking

Very well stocked, easy to find. Staff friendly and lots of different item. I found a bargain in a childhood puzzle I used to have. Well worth a visit in the op shop list
