Storehouse Op Shop

Had a lovely lady on the desk today (24th Jan 2026) She was so lovely. And they had a sale going on. Nice to see plus sizes in this op shop. And lovely new handmade greeting cards. I'll be back

I was looking for the AWLQld op shop friday10/10/2025 3pm, went into the Storehouse op shop and enquired if she knew the whereabouts of the AWL shop. The staff member claimed she had NOOOO idea where it was and directed me up the street, but I then discovered it was only a couple of shops away from her shop in the opposite direction! It felt very dishonest and unhelpful-quite disappointing and unhelpful, clearly misleading and very poor behaviour! I now know why your overall shop rating is 2 *, I gave you 1* and will never recommend your store in future and as a business owner will always mention this appalling behaviour to colleagues.

Rude ladies at register, couldn't even say hello back to me, but were able to put enough effort into positioning themselves through the store to keep an eye on me

This op shop used to be a fun and worthwhile stop on the ‘op shop strip’ here, prices were reasonable and there were things to look at and dig through to find second hand gold. Now it’s anything but… Barren racks and shelves, sparsely populated with overpriced donations! I don’t even consider coming in anymore when I’m going through all the op shops on this street because I’ve been let down so so so many time recently. It’s sad and things need to change

A great op shop! Very well organised and all the staff are really friendly. Plenty of on street parking. Lots of toys, books, bric a brac. Difficult entry way for those with mobility issues, but wide aisles once inside.
