Had a lovely lady on the desk today (24th Jan 2026) She was so lovely. And they had a sale going on. Nice to see plus sizes in this op shop. And lovely new handmade greeting cards. I'll be back
A great op shop! Very well organised and all the staff are really friendly. Plenty of on street parking. Lots of toys, books, bric a brac. Difficult entry way for those with mobility issues, but wide aisles once inside.

About this shop
Storehouse Op Shop is a practical Southport community shop with clothing, homewares, linen and books forming the regular mix. Furniture also moves through the shop, although larger donations need to be arranged first. The team’s stated approach is to keep useful goods affordable and respond generously when people need extra help. The shop sits within Abundant Storehouse’s wider Gold Coast work, which includes counselling, outreach, mentoring and other support for people facing difficult circumstances.
