Salvos Stores Nerang

Past the Salvos Store at Nerang so many times and had never been in, but today I quickly popped in for a look. First thing I noticed was how spacious the store was, it seemed very well organised and clean. I quickly looked through a few racks of men's clothes looking for a particular item for a family member. I noticed the clothes were all in sizes on the racks, the clothes were clean, smelt fresh and in really good condition. I was also too suprised at the prices, in my opinion they were very reasonably priced for 2nd hand clothes. I found a couple of really good pieces which I purchased. The younger lady that served me was very friendly, had good communication skills and gave great customer service, I unfortunately didn't get her name. If I didn't have an appointment to run too I would have spent alot more time in this Store to find what other goodies they had, as there was so much to look at, so now I'm really eager to get back

Wanted to share my lovely experience with Michael. Always lifts my day when served with care, a smile and a likeable face. Furthermore, the whole team there, including the manager who's name I can't quite remember, are all tremendous staff with a deeply human connection to the Nerang community. Happy to say I have thrifted many-an outfit from this store. To return to as I do monthly.

What a gorgeous store! I used to come here years ago but left the area for a while. Now I’m back and so glad I called in! The store had transformed and is inviting and clean. I love the designer boutique section at the front of the store - so many beautiful things there. It looked and felt like Paris! And the prices were super reasonable! Huge range of products. The manager, Natalie, was so lovely and helpful with my queries and so professional in her communication. I’ll be sure to come back again!
