Very disappointed in our visit here. Trying to find a few things not provided in the apartment we were staying at. Can opener didn't work, container lid didn't fit properly. While there, a lady was trying to buy a $2 item from the outside rack to be told "that shouldn't have been put there at that price". Clothes very over priced for donated clothing. A Preview item (available at Target) had a $50 tag on it.. Move the stock on so people can donate more and clothes get a second or third chance.

Disgusting customer service. Stopping all music half wat through customers enjoying the song played the ubruptly almost hitting another lady with sign metal posts then the worker laughing sarcastically" I just wanted to decaptivate your head " no apologies to the younger girl she almost hit violently. Then started bullying customers to leave 5 min to 2pm closing doors too. These women were both awful.

Shop assistants should be ashamed of their behaviour working here. Went to drop off a box of books in which the gentleman said they weren’t accepting donations at this time. That is totally fair enough if that’s the case although he tried to shoo me out of the door when I advised I would like to still have a browse while I am here. Reluctantly he let me in and I left the box at the door and I said will grab it on my out. Another lady working there started shouting loudly about how the box shouldn’t be there, speaking very rudely about me which I could hear at the back of the store. She then decided to take the box out the back, walking past me in which I said it’s okay I am just have a browse and I will take it with me when I leave. She shouted ‘it’s fine’ before huffing away. Totally ridiculous and embarrassing for Vinnies. Just trying to make a nice donation and do some shopping, made me feel horrible.

I had such a great couple of hrs shopping at Vinnies in Palm Beach today. I met some beautiful volunteers Joanne, Anita + Cheryl. Who were absolutely helpful. The shop looked immaculate, and the merchandising was aesthetically pleasing and easy to perusal. Well done, Palm Beach Vinnies Team.
