Items for $20 super expensive! I feel exploited every time I go into this op shop, don’t go if you what to save money it’s a joke

To work here you must have a genuine talent for being miserable. I’ve donated thousands of dollars worth of designer clothing here over the past 6+ months yet every visit seems like an inconvenience to the staff; we are regularly met with attitude and disdain, which is a shame as it takes away the goodwill that donations are meant to bring. They really make generosity feel unwelcome. It’s almost impressive how consistently unpleasant each visit is.

Whenever we come down to Tugun we always go to Tugun Vinnies. They have just about anything your heart desires and the shops set up is efficient, orderly and clean so it is very easy to find what you are looking for. Good quality products. Prices are reasonable and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

It's gone downhill over the years sadly. Unless you're buying a book, DVD or CD, don't expect cheap prices. I remember coming here about 15 years ago and I could buy so many clothing items for $10. Sadly Kmart is cheaper these days. Also $80 for a scratched, old table is not at all a bargain compared to buying one brand new from Kmart or Big W for $50. Staff are also either friendly or grouchy, mostly the latter. The good vibes left this shop when it was renovated unfortunately

We love going here.Shop very tidy and well organised.Lovely shop with an awesome variety of merchandise.We get our craft products here as well as pet toys for Astor my assistance dog.The prices are very reasonable too!The staff are always friendly and helpful.All my friends shop here too.
