Today, I adopted a cat for the first time in Australia. I had prepared quite a lot because this was my very first experience adopting a pet here. But everything was completed so quickly 🙏🏻💗 From the moment I walked in, I was genuinely impressed. The facility was incredibly clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. It was completely different from what I had imagined. Every cat had its own space, a comfortable bed, and toys, and it was clear that they were all being well cared for. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The team member who introduced me to the cats was enthusiastic, kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the animals in their care. The lady at customer service was also warm and welcoming, making the adoption process so much easier. The staff handling the paperwork were efficient and professional, and everything was completed quickly and smoothly. Overall, adopting my cat today was such a positive experience. Everything was handled professionally, yet with genuine care and kindness. Thank you to everyone for making today one of the happiest days of my weekend. Professional, caring, friendly and patient staff. Very punctual and organised. Was quoted in other Veterinary Clinics almost double the price for AWLQ pricing. Everything I experienced, was 100% excellent.
My partner and I adopted our 5 year old Manx cat from here a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. She’s settled in so well. Staff were very helpful and even send her home with us with a couple of blankets to ease her adjustment to a new environment. What they do is amazing and if you can adopt YOU SHOULD 🤍
Oh my goodness!!!! I had the most wonderful experience adopting Coca-Cola (new name Billie)…. What a smoocher!!! Jacinta was wonderful and so friendly and helpful. I forgot to get the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, but thank you. She has settled so well into my home and I’m smitten 🥰 Funny how you go in of an “idea” of what you want and FALL IN LOVE with the total opposite!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️ This girl is special!!
Great friendly staff paid and volunteers. I goo here often to the op shop which had items priced well. I purchased a XL dog playpen for$15 new and kmart and target sold for$42 to $49 dollars. Great place to get items for your pets like leads, cages, collars, harness , bowls, old towels rugs.
