Every time I go here, a lady called Talitha is at the counter and she is the friendliest, most helpful person ever. 5 stars because I always go in hoping she’ll be there simply because her energy is so positive and friendly.
Big assortment of nice retro kitchenware, like glasses, cookie jar etc, and many other second hand things in good condition.
Some interesting items to be found. Also some books that look in excellent condition and at very reasonable prices too. CD's, clothing, shoes, toys, bedding, furniture and jewellery. The staff member that was serving a customer was quick to tell me that there was a percentage off of blue ticketed items today.
I read the reviews online and didn't believe them. But believe them! This is the most overpriced salvo store I've been to, and I've been to easily over 100 by now, including the local one in Salisbury. Went looking for a nice formal dress today and could not believe the prices they were trying to get for them. Plenty to choose from, but at outrageous prices for a salvo store. $150! If you have that kind of money to spend on a dress you would not be looking at a donated one. On average you would expect to pay $40 max! That is a fair price point in comparison to the majority of other op shops. Do yourself and the community a favour and donate your items to another salvo store. One that people can actually afford to buy from. This one is not doing the community any good by making donated items unaffordable.
Huge salvos shop. A really big area just inside the doors on left for household items. Everything from silverware, platters, cannisters, glasses and ashtrays. Purchased some lovely blue bottles. Very nice woman behind the counter marysnne. Lots of staff in shop to help with questions
