Everyrhing is over priced from the back when i used to love op shopping. This is one of many stores that mark there prices higher than what they need to be unfortunately.. I know of one shop that sells Everyrhing cheap still but unfortunately its in the country. Staff where amazing and friendly

I’ve had several disappointing visits to the Salvos store in Salisbury and feel compelled to share my experience. As a parent of two young children, I often visit op shops to find affordable items and teach my kids about sustainable shopping. Unfortunately, every visit to this location leaves me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. First, the pricing at this store is shockingly high for secondhand goods—many items are significantly overpriced despite being in very used condition. For a store that’s meant to support the community, this is incredibly disheartening. What’s worse is the way I’ve been treated by certain staff members. While I’ve had no issues with the younger staff, who are always polite and friendly, I’ve had consistently negative encounters with an older woman with brown hair who seems to go out of her way to glare at me and my children. Whenever my kids stop to look at the toys, we’re watched like hawks, which makes us feel judged and extremely uncomfortable. I understand the need for order in a retail space, but the way we’re treated feels unnecessarily harsh and unkind. It’s upsetting to feel unwelcome in a place that’s supposed to offer support and kindness to all. I truly hope Salvos Salisbury takes this feedback on board. A welcoming environment and fair pricing go a long way in supporting families and building community trust.
