The Salvation Army Bill B’s Para Hills

My daughters and I popped in yesterday for a look around, when I remembered I had stuff in my boot to donate! We quickly went back to the car to grab them and come back in. Before I could even let go of the bags and lift my head to ask where they'd like them to go, all 5 of the people sitting around the front desk started yelling at us!! The bags weren't light and we needed to set them down. I said to the people there I feel like I am doing the right thing by bringing in donations, and they could have said it a bit nicer. Every single person sitting there began yelling at my children and myself because we needed to put the heavy bags down after walking them in from the car. My children are 6&9 and were being great helpers!! I won't be coming back to shop unfortunately, that was an unnecessary approach to us walking through the door and not allowing me to ask before yelling. I was in there to have a shop but I was so embarrassed I told my kids we should leave.

Excellent staff, very friendly. Store is extremely organised with great labeling to find everything easily. Cheapest store with excellent stock.
