The merchandise is great, but the staff are very rude here. They shout out loud about closing time 30 mins before. And when you walk in they bark at you. It’s incredibly jarring to the nervous system. Thrifting should be a calm experience. They seem more busy in the back and treat customers as though they are a disruption. Also always a lady sitting behind the counter. The counters still have COVID screens up and a table in front of register area. It’s difficult to reach the counter to check out items for sale. And the person sitting behind the counter does not reach forward for the customers items. It seems the workers are interested in themselves than having a clean ship or assisting customers. All the display are very old and items are not refreshed or merchandised regularly. The collectors display behind the counter is unable to be viewed properly and a disordered mess. I think the charity needs to look at new management.
Set aside some quality time to peruse the varied selection of designer, trusted Australian high quality brands, and more choices of gorgeous clothes. Something for every special occasion, event, party, BBQ, work attire, it is living here, in this Amazing LifeLine store. Helpful, kind, hardworking, staff/ volunteers giving their time to ensure your shopping experience will be pleasant. Sunglasses, handbags, Toys galore, Beautiful Homewares in immaculate condition. Furniture well priced, it is waiting for you to see. Well situated, spacious store, opposite, Nerang Mall on Price Street this Lifeline Store is worth visiting today.
Was a bit put off by all the stuff that looked kinda dumped at the front door. Inside, however, the store is a bit more organised. The biggest negative is that none of the clothing racks are sorted by sizing, which is disappointing. It's neither a massive store or a tiny store and I feel it would benefit from that in the racks. There is a good array of variety of stock apart from ladies clothing. For the size of the store they have made sure there is enough of everything no matter what you might be looking for. A good variety of ladies accessories including jewellary, hats and scarves. They are also open on a Sunday which is a good point as well. Pricing is a bit hit on the higher side but not the worst I have seen in a lifeline shop, let alone an op shop. Some new items available as well which is a common theme in lifeline stores. Staff were polite and cheery. Worth a visit
