After years still a good spot to find goodie’s I revisit after long time, I find the staff’s and management team are super helpful.

was there this morning to drop of some stuffs at the back door after dropping thought i could walk into shop tru back door to buy some stuffs. not realizing customers were not allowed into shop tru back door. there was a lady with laud voice going excuse me... excuse me.. you not allowed to walk in this way! that laud voice came as though i pinch sthing fom the store. trying to stop me! no politeness at all. very unprofessional.

Friendly customer service. There are some interesting customers that I've seen here expecting 10/10 service and then Karen out at volunteers but I've never had an issue.

I was disappointed in this store. The level of customer service is not ok. I heard the clerks whispering on two occasions and both times when I looked over at them they were looking at me and shut up immediately when they noticed me looking. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional and plain strange.

I go to a lot of op shops and from today's visit to this one, I can say that it has the friendliest staff you would find. Very welcoming and they had a smile on their faces like they actually enjoy working there.
