I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share how exceptional my experience was at Salvos Fairy Meadow. The gentleman who assisted me today provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. From the moment I walked through the door, he was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went out of his way to help me without hesitation. What stood out most was that his kindness felt genuine. In a world where people are often rushed and distracted, he took the time to listen, help, and make me feel valued as a customer. His positive attitude and friendly nature completely brightened my day. Employees like this are incredibly rare. He is the kind of person who reminds you how powerful simple kindness and outstanding service can be. He is an absolute asset to Salvos Fairy Meadow and a wonderful reflection of the values the organisation stands for. Thank you for going above and beyond. Customer service at this level deserves to be recognised and celebrated. One of the best retail experiences I have had in a very long time. 10/10. Five stars isn’t enough.

Great experience here today. Got heaps of kids books and toys at fantastic prices. Some items were slightly overpriced but overall I think the pricing was great. Layout of the store was organised and made finding everything super easy. Staff were nice too.
