Im sorry I don't usually do these things but I have to express.. I used to love coming here and find some treasures at a bargain but now it is just so over priced. I thought I'd have 1 more look in here today and again walked out empty handed. I also noticed I wasn't the only one. I mean almost $20 for a used hand bag and Jeans that cost more than a brand new pair in Kmart. Sorry unfortunately I'm going to shop where I know there are bargains. Times are hard for some people. Come on now Salvo's, I thought you guys are here to help out by selling things to us cheaper. Anyway rant over. Have a blessed day 🙏

I don't particularly like Op shops any more, but I do like Op shops that are neatly displayed and have friendly staff. I was recently drawn to the window display at the Warrawong Salvo's and decided to go inside.... I must have looked a little lost, as a very nice woman named Jo came up and asked me if she could help me with anything.... after a small discussion, she showed me the jewellery display and was very generous with her time, (still serving others), but taking out pieces and letting me get a better look. I could see she was busy but she still managed to make me feel like an important customer. I left with several pieces for my grandchildren and a new respect for Op shops, specifically Warrawong Salvos. Thank you Jo for taking the time out to help me find some great gifts for Christmas. It meant a lot.
