One of the employees today , Monday the 6/4/26 we were lucky enough to come across….. Matt , your customer service skills are flawless, and your an absolute gentleman and a beautiful and kind hearted soul , I hope the supervisor/s of this store read this review, you are lucky to have a man of this calibre working for you.
Thankyou to all the staff who were very caring and got my daughter cold water and an ice block when she was feeling faint from the heat today everyone checked on her and were so caring 😀
Amazing service from Kim at the Salvos Store in Wollongong. She helped me get steel cap boots, a fluro work shirt, work pants, extra shirts, boardies, and even a bag to carry everything in. I’m forever grateful for her kindness and support. This will genuinely help me rebuild my life after being homeless. The service and compassion here are truly appreciated.
I didn't enjoy this op shop as much as others in the area. Huge range but I think the prices weren't reflecting the quality of some items.
Salvos Stores Wollongong have done a great job with this retail outlet, providing a warehouse style outlet for their recycled goods. There's a large selection of men's clothing, and as always the ladies have a great choice of clothes as well. Some great quality furniture at very affordable prices. I recommend a visit if you go op shopping.
