Love this Store. Best one by far in Wollongong. The whole layout is wonderfully set out, roomy, lovely staff and Volunteers and great clothing and nik naked. Its has a boutique style feel and i dont miss a visit each weekend. Highly recommend this wonderful, clean and spacious Op shop.

Best boutique style op shops in the Illawarra. Immaculate layout out, clean and orderly. Staff are wonderful and very friendly. Since the refurbishment this place has become next level. Highly recommend going here, as their stock is all in excellent condition. Ease of access trying to find what youre looking for, as everything has its place.

As I love Vinnies Fairy Meadow for many years and been there many time even before they renovated that shop. I went this Sunday morning 4th May 2025 . There were three staff (one was a young fella, one was an awesome elderly man - I usually saw him working on Sunday and one was an old lady whose name Joanna- no smile and not friendly either) . I saw a lunch box covered with opened plastic so I took it and had a look inside because it already opened by someone else. I looked around to buy another stuff and when I came back on that section, I did not see the opened lunch box. So, I get a new one. The plastic is easy to be opened as not vacuum plastic, just put a sticky tape. When I wanted to pay, she showed me an opened one from her underneath cashier table and accused me that I opened it and I asked me to pay that lunch box that already opened by someone else. It is not about the price but her behave was not pleasant. She is easy to jump into a conclusion. She should have imvestigated first before pointed finger on me. I am so disappointed with her as she is the one of a customer service member in Vinnies fairy Meadow. As she works in retail, she should be trained to be polite and have a good manners. Before the shop had been renovated . The old staff were nice and friendly.
