Red Cross Shop Belmont

The store gets the 2 star review. Clean and nicely set out. However, the 2 ladies manning the store were more interested in their chat than any customers. Went up to till, said good morning and completely ignored. Paid for items and that was it. Really bad customer service. Much different vibe than the other friendlier stores surrounding them.

Was delighted to find a pair of brand new running shoes for $20 and a few other nice items. This op-shop is huge and beautifully presented (I was told it was recently renovated). They have a nice range of clothes and excellent shoes that look like they've hardly been worn. The change rooms are spacious with plenty of hooks to hang items on. Don't expect to find items for dirt cheap (I think country op-shops are the only places where you can find bargains like that these days). But you will find items that are in excellent condition for a fraction of the price brand new. Well worth a visit.

Are they aware that an op shop is meant to resell donations at reasonable prices? This is not affordable, and the quality of items versus the price makes going over to Belmont Forum and spending a couple of extra dollars the smarter choice. Sad to see the direction of the shop.

New shop Belmont wa looks fabulous-very fancy-and the staff are gorgeous. However,the the prices are disgraceful,I understand the overheads, but you have out priced yourself.cheaper to buy new at the shopping centre.sadly i won't go again. Very disappointing

Newly opened today and the store is incredible! Great mix of high and low end brands with reasonable prices. Clean and thoughtfully laid out. Obviously a lot of care has gone in from the staff on getting the store ready and it's paid off they should be very proud. Definitely adding this one to my regular browse rotation!
