Red Cross Shop Willagee

Small, clean and well organised op shop. Have a browse and drop a little coin at this not for profit, the IGA next door is cute too. Friendly staff.

Have been taking stuff here for years but the absolute rudeness i experienced from the staff today I'll won't bother anymore! Get over yourselves, it's a 2nd hand store!

Was at the OP Shop today and they wouldn't give me a discount of $3. Made me pay full price when I simply couldn't afford anything on a paycheck of $600. They gave me a free boots few weeks ago and That's all they could do. Now my family will go without milk till Wednesday morning and I told them that and the manager refused to help me. How is this a Charity OP shop when I'm struggling and they refused to help? Please answer me.

Prices might be a little higher here than at other op shops, but the quality always is generally of a higher standard. I'd imagine overheads are are a challenge considering where situated. Staff seem few, but the lady who served me on Friday was really lovely. Always pop in when up from Albany, look forward to next visit.🙏
