Red Cross Shop Cleveland

Beautiful store windows are so professional, Went in Monday and received helpful service from Lady at Counter. And Young gent out the back helped me with my bags I had to donate. I chatted with them briefly as they clearly were very busy but certainly not too busy for there customers thank you Melissa and Christian.

I have found some great clothes for my teenage boys in this store. The store is clean and easy to browse in. The staff are always lovely.

Beautiful shop. Everything arranged so neatly by colour, always such a treat to drop in there and see what they have. Clothes are clean and nice quality, staff are kind and wonderful, and there's a lovely bright feel to the shop!

quite a lot of name brand things, like Zara brand new with tags. Things are very neat and tidy and clean in here.

Large store, brilliant layout, with an assortment of high quality second hand goods. Staff are brilliant and friendly, couldn't ask for better staff!
