So thankful that this outlet exists for hiring mobility aids. I didn't know I needed items until I was being discharged from another hospital, and the ladies at Red Cross QE2 were so kind and helpful. They offered simple, affordable options for the initial and continued hire, and let my son take the items back for me at completion. I highly recommend their service.

Called Red Cross Mobility Coopers Plain for an enquiry. The person I spoke to was very helpful with the information I was wanting. I arrived to pick up the item. The process very easy, and once again was very helpful. It’s reassuring when you need things and you get a response that you’re after.answering any questions that I had. It's very good equipment

Go to hospital ,a in entrance in the big brick building in the picture, NOT the Emergency. Walk through the doors, veer right and past b the shops, then turn left, then right (at the sign) and the little Red Cross shop is first on the left. They only have a limited range, so it is best to ring ahead, and make sure they have what you need. Nb they close at 4pm and have NO eftpos facilities, so you will need cash and I'd (driver license or similar, including an address. The rates are very reasonable.
