Al prices are way too high considering all items are donated. Other than that the shop is clean and well set out.

Update. Be careful. I have been trying to use my 25% voucher for 10 pircahses for over a year plus. Its hard because everything is so overpriced and 25% doesnt make much difference. However today i finally found a top that was previously $45 now half off. When i went to pay i was informed nmmy voucher isnt valid on this item. How gresdy caj they be. Its already an overpriced item... 25% isnt that much and they wouldnt let me redeem it. . $35 for a daggy stained sportsgirl blazer!!!! Even more expensive $15 for anko skirt. $65 for a few seasons old seed dress that's seen better days ! $65 for a princess high strawberry print overalls which were faded and by no means a designer brand.... It's insulting This store is not fun to go in anymore. However they are ridiculously over priced. $18 for a mens basic shirt. And they have tin tin shirts that they want $100 each for and I already have one brand new at the price of $20. Rip-off.

Prices were way too high. Heard and watched as staff behind the counter found a RM Williams leather jacket which was recently donated. Didn't proceed to put in on the floor, but take it home for their partners. Staff just take home all the good items and leave everything else at way higher prices, close to retail.

The Red Cross op shop has some of the most ridiculously overpriced second hand items I've ever seen, with prices that sometimes make you wonder if you're shopping in a boutique shop rather than an op shop. On top of that, the staff often come across as rude and unapproachable. I was asking about this lovely necklace that I saw and one of the staff said "no its not for sale" as if she was keeping it for herself. Stop looking stuff up online to price things!!!! It has become such an unapproachable store for people struggling financially its no longer not-for-profit its for-profit. Its such a shame.

One of the most expensive ones i have ever been to. Stock turn over is abit slower because of pricing so dont need to come very often. but had some cool shirts Saw a lady question a price tag today and when she was told that the price was accurate she put it straight back on the shelf.
