So many good items but the shop being Op shop we expect the price to be a bit reasonable which aren’t. Most of the clothing items are waaaaay too overpriced. There are new clothes with tags but the prices are 50% of the original price which you would pay in the actual store anyway then what’s point of buying it from an op shop!?

This branch is one of my go-to stores because it’s clean, organised, and the staff are friendly. However, the pricing has become hard to justify. Their “boutique” section already feels overpriced for donated goods, and now they’ve added the “Vintage Revival” section which is priced even more ridiculously. According to the sign, these items are “specially imported” and “not sourced from donations”, but charging $65 for brands like Cotton On and Old Navy still feels completely unreasonable. I understand paying premium prices for genuine rare or designer vintage, but a lot of the pieces looked like standard fast-fashion items with huge markups. The branding around the section feels a bit like a marketing gimmick, especially given the pricing and the types of items included. It’s disappointing to see an op shop moving so far away from affordability and value.

Loved the shop fairly big and spacious, however I had walked into this shop with intention of just going for a look as taking my time l had notice many “undercover shoppers” swarming near and around me watching my every move as well as “ life line staff” following me around the store. now as an indigenous person these situations really do make me feel uncomfortable. And I think the lifeline here can do better! Never once had I intended or showed interest in stealing… I mean come on if I wanted to steal I sure as hell wouldn’t come here! Thanks for the lovely welcome today!

I love this op shop and am a regular shopper there. It is well organised, with a great selection of clothes (organised in sizes), books and homewares. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, and the store is always clean and tidy. There is plenty of parking and for new shoppers you need to use the driveway by Total Tools to get to the Lifeline store (this will make sense when you get there). They seem to get new stock in all the time so make this a regular place to visit but give yourself plenty of time to just meander around. Also it is air-conditoned - BONUS!

Amazing op shop! Was pleasantly surprised with the prices. Yes some things are a bit over priced $15 upwards for vintage teapot (for more niche, collectable items) however found majority of the shop was well priced most ladies shirts $6-$9 decent condition. Hopefully the prices remain this way! Picked up mugs for $1 each and a cap for $2.50. Great selection of items homewares, books, DVD’s, clothing, kids toys. Staff were very friendly and helpful which was refreshing for an op shop. Parking is designed a bit odd as have to drive past total tools and around the back. Definitely recommend checking it out! Great to have a decent op shop in the area too!! The Springfield vinnies is a rip off in comparison
