Over priced, not by as much as some but still several things I would have brought if only a few dollars per an item less. I can buy a new for almost as much. Nice shop, but over full but better prices would help this. Even with the sales it's too much to spend. Kids struggle to buy things with there pocket money too.
So you can accuse a mother while she is putting her baby in their carseat of STEALING. But you can't even talk to her while she is in store ? Obviously she visits opshops often when she brings HER OWN LIFELINE BAG. How embarrassing and to do it with such confidence in front of an Australia Post employee as well? DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR If you really wanted to make sure she wasn't stealing, go ask Australia Post for footage. It would've shown that she had 2x parcels in that ORANGE LIFELINE BAG that was already hers from a previous visit from another Lifeline store (shocker you're not the only one that sells it). Put one in the post office box and had a receipt for the other one when she got it scanned by the post office. And after all that NO APOLOGY THE AUDACITY .
Next time just try and help the lady strap her baby in first before you blatantly accuse her of stealing after not giving her any customer service yea
Really disappointing experience. I came into the store with my own Lifeline bag, which I had been using to carry parcels to the post office earlier that day, and I have a receipt for that. The bag had my receipts in it when I entered the store. I was carrying my baby, who was already fussy, and I wasn’t greeted when I came in. Not once was I greeted or approached by a staff member during my visit. As I was leaving and loading my baby into the car, a staff member followed me outside and asked if I had paid for the items in my bag. This happened in front of another person, an actual post office employee who was loading parcels nearby, which made the situation even more embarrassing. The issue is that there was nothing in the bag at all (except my receipts, one for the parcel that I had just sent off at the Post Office begore I visited the store) and it was already mine before I entered the store. I explained that straight away, but being followed to my car over an empty bag was unnecessary and upsetting. What made it worse was that after all of that, I never even received an apology. I understand staff may need to be alert, but this was handled poorly and left me feeling embarrassed and singled out. If there was concern, it should have been addressed respectfully in store, not by following me outside while I was trying to settle my baby. Sidenote: a bit overpriced, perhaps that is why they thought I stole from an OpShop
Smaller size shop. Lovely & clean, well set out. All the ladies wear is clearly sorted by individual sizing which is so helpful. Also clearly signed for types, dresses, skirts etc. Various accessories such as belts, hats,,handbags etc. Parking is available but not necessarily right outside but is available. Pricing was hit & miss. $6 for a complete new dress with tags. $7 for a rockmans top. Head scratcher lol
