Great pre loved shopping. They have very good quality product. I was so impressed by the shoes they had, designer brands almost new at very reasonable prices. Store is always clean and organised as well as the staff being happy and helpful.

Appalling customer service by the lrude lady with a strong English accent . I heard her work colleague call her Julie. I had came straight from cleaning my late Nans home. Her rude sbbrupt response to my question regards donating to the stiore, "This store does not accept any junk or rubbish. Donations." I was mid sentence she Walked off . The Midland Salvos were anazing and appreciated the donation of my late Nans treasures.

Got some great gems today. Best place ever and great staff. It's really organised with a boutique style. Got this brand new Jets swim suit (still with tag retail value $229) for a deadly price. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff earn 5 starts. Sandra is simply the best; her attitude and attention to her customers is of a very high level. She put some jeans aside for me, and that was greatly appreciated. Benz (yes, named after the car), was equally attentive and it was great having a chat with him. The stock is very well priced - in My Hawthorn you would pay more than double. Henceforth, the selection of men's clothing for a larger man is non-existent pretty much. Thank you Sandra and Benz, see you soon!
