Really rude lady at the back, was investigating every single thing I was dropping off to donate. Said they lose $300 a day for having to get rid of rubbish. I understand the stress of that but she was speaking to me like I was donating this crap when everything was in great condition. Ended up only donating half of the stuff and took the rest of my donations elsewhere. Not a great experience the way I was spoken to just by doing the right thing.
Great friendly efficient service from Warrick always a happy smiling face
Great choices good value and lovely staff.
Probably the best service I’ve seen at at op shop. The gentleman serving was so friendly, even greeting people as he moved around the store. He has a very nice vibe to him while also being professional. I found the prices to be good but I only buy from 50% off and $2 racks. There was quite a lot and good range to select from. Standard shelf prices were high for some items but thats par for the course at chain op shops now. Large store so you can spend a good while checking everything out.
Went in today to donate some stuff but thought id have a browse first since there was no bins. Whilst in the store heard them tell two other people they werent taking donations as there was so much stuff out the back it was a hazard. They might make some room by selling some stock if the prices weren't so high! In a cost of living crisis some of the prices were honestly laughable, but ultimately sad. Items that were broken were not marked down Was there about a two years ago and the sales lady was lovely and when i went to the counter with a bunch of stuff, she corrected a price on something that she thought had been priced too high. I really appreciated that, and everytime i use it i thank her as i really couldnt afford it, i just needed it.
