Bad prices, bad customer service and bad quality control. Salvos HQ you should have a look at this store

so expensive here, and not very friendly staff. too much stock stacked up everywhere very messy

Salvo is a good support for the community. I have visited thornlie store on 25 February Staff sales person's behaviour was SO rude and resist it feels like locat muslim are not welcomed.

I used to love this Salvos, I visited often because of good prices and lovely cheerful workers/volunteers. But unfortunately the last two times I have visited have been awful. The blond short haired grumpy woman doesn’t speak a word when at the cash register, not even the price in total that I have to pay. Does some lousy movements with her hands when kindly asked a question. I just wanted to know if everything was okay with the payment and if I could pack my stuff. She looked very annoyed and gave us dirty looks. I haven’t experienced this low level treatment anywhere in Perth ever. At first I thought maybe she was just having a bad day and in a bad mood and isn’t everyone sometimes. But when it happened twice on different days, it seems she is always this way. Heard her speaking in english to other people just fine so this isn’t due to a language barrier. Last time I visited was on 7th february. I won’t be returning because of this one worker who made us feel not welcome there multiple times.

The staff were really nice and helpful. If you cannot find something yourself, they will check if they have any to save your time.
