Very over priced for an op shop! Staff/volunteers more concerned about chatting between them selves and trying on the merchandise

Cleanest, Vinnies store I have ever been into. The manager and team of this store are amazing. 10/10 Really nice shop and staff!

Had around 50 books. Some read once some new. Rang Vinnies the lady said please bring them down we need them. I attempted to take them in just before 3pm the loading dock closes at 3pm. Was made to feel like they were doing me a favour. Refused to take them and shut the door. Eventually rang the store and the lady said come through the front and we will send someone with a cart. Needless to say the person who reluctantly came with the cart was the horrible lady from the backdrop. They make it too difficult to give them stuff. Never again will I give anything to Vinnie's.

Liza C is absolutely the best in the business when it comes to financial counselling. Highly recommend. She goes over and above to assist you. Truly grateful for people like Liza.
