Vinnies Pinjarra Shop

How rude. On Wednesday afternoon 17th June I took a bag of cloths into the shop to donate only to be abruptly told by the lady to take them away as they were short of staff and could not take them, and to bring them back tomorrow. How hard would it have been to take them to be sorted tomorrow. I am a pensioner and had driven from out of town. With the cost of living and fuel costs I cant afford to spend money to make a donation. I will not donate to this charity again.

I had to see welfare which is bad enough.A woman who was working there was awful in her manners.I actually had to go back and I then saw a little English lady called Pat,lovely,empathetic lady with good communication and people skills The other woman was quite rude,but after meeting Pat,I felt really relieved and she helped me with a bill and I think She is wonderful.

Always a favourite to have a browse and shop. Friendly too.

Never going to step foot in here again! Male and female staff (obviously managers ) shouting and abusing a poor worker vacuuming..disgraceful behaviour, aren't your staff volunteers? Even so, you run a Vinnies, no road scholar job, rude humans

$20 each for jackets that are falling apart? No, thank you. They should be on a *free* stand for those that need them. The stars I did give are for the books, and most of the staff are lovely.
