Exceptional Customer Service and Beautiful Store Presentation I recently visited the store and had an outstanding experience. While browsing, I found a high-quality winter scarf that was unfortunately a bit soiled. The store manager, Carole, went completely above and beyond by personally cleaning the item for me on the spot and gifted me a coat brush Carole is an absolute delight—incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to customer needs. Furthermore, the store itself is immaculate, beautifully organized, and aesthetically pleasing.

Great store. Pretty good prices in comparison to the general op shop now. Quite a small store and not a lot of products aside from clothes, books and glassware

Very neat store. Racks are never overstocked. Clothes are Easy to get to. Staff are always polite.

The staff on the Saturday were not helpful at all. I understand many are volunteers but doesn't mean they have to be rude and unhelpful. The whole point of them being there is to sell items to raise money for a good cause... Vinnies in applecross was way more helpful.
