Vinnies Cannington Shop

Lots of great clothes, for adult and kids. Super reasonably priced and in good quality. Staff are lovely!

I like the atmosphere, and I've gotten nice pants and jumpers from there a couple times. The staff are polite and for the most part have reasonable prices with some exceptions. However vastly better prices than the Salvos next door but everyone already knows that

Huge warehouse style of shop with lovely staff and a huge range of products. The range of furniture is great and this can fluctuate. Op shopping is like a box of chocolates and that is the fun.

One of the smaller op shops in the strip. Some prices are outright outrageous (not exactly op-shop-priced); but others seem fair... I love the colour coordination within the store (clothes sorted by colour) but it does make it difficult to find the right sizes! Hard to find a bargain deal in here but always worth checking nevertheless! The donation bind are almost always inside the store due to excess donations and too much stock in the store. However this doesn't seem to encourage the charity shop to lower their prices to get better throughout within the store, unfortunately.

I understand your frustration, Australia Life. I wish there were no stars either for this shop. I wanted to share a negative experience I had at Vinnies Cannington shop when I purchased a jacket that was too big.I politely asked if I could exchange it for a smaller jacket, but Lyn, a female manager, and another male staff member were extremely rude and yelled at me and my mother to leave the store. When I returned to the shop, the female manager shouted, "Get out of the store!" and proceeded to rip up the receipt. Everyone, there was shocked and stared at her. Needless to say, her behaviour was quite alarming and inappropriate for someone in her position, dealing with customers. As a result, we will not be returning to this shop and advise others to do the same to avoid being treated rudely.
