Salvos Stores Virginia

Probably one of my most favourite thrift stores to go to and frequent, I always find at least one thing. Prices are unfair but honestly I don't even mind because I always find something there.

This store is 6 months young.very clean, well stocked and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Well priced and easy to find separate areas as well signed. Very refreshing to go to such a well stocked and great lay out of store.

So fairly priced, Lady named Hilary served me at the counter, so kind and lovely to have a chat too. Store is so clean and the ladies there do an amazing job

Was a problem with another customer at the counter waited 5 minutes before the lady dinged the bell for help as clearly she had no idea what was going on. When I was getting served I asked to join the rewards I was told by Pana the operator I had to wait for all the people behind me to get served first because of the line up which happened due to her incompetence there was then 2 staff serving I received No apology, no thank you. Pana was also clicking her fingers at her boss to get her attention to take a receipt from her hands. Maybe she should pack shelves instead. I could’ve saved money but she wouldn’t process my request first for the discount so Why offer a program in store only when it is so difficult to sign up.

Nothing really special about this Salvos unfortunately. Parking is difficult and the staff are quite standoffish. They really need to start cleaning their homewares before they put them out; I found bits of old food on a number of items. I know it's a new store, so hopefully they improve over time.
