They get one star for the size of store and so much of everything. Problem is you can hardly move coathangers along the racks because they are so full and the reason is because it's so overpriced so they aren't selling enough stock. winter coats up to $65. Ridiculous. Lots of nice things but didn't buy any

I go here often and enjoy how much variety there is, and how large the store is. Other reviews are complaining about prices - $2.50 for a CD meant someone thought it worth their time to punish this charity by putting a 1-star review? Shoulda been $1? They are fund-raising for Lifeline counselling services, plus covering the costs of running a large store, disposal of unsellable donations etc. Cheaper at BigW? Go there then and know you're contributing to the problem of global waste, over-consumption and cheap crud produced in sweat shops, not helping relieve it. Rude staff? Maybe the customer confused refusal with rudeness, asking for a discount on already cheap items that have been priced carefully already, for fund-raising and cost-covering reasons. That does show enormous entitlement, Karen, did you feel affronted by a "no", Karen. Complain to the internet instead of the manager, Karen. I haven't ever seen the staff here be rude to anyone.

Very overpriced place in the middle of a working class suburb. Greed. CDs @ $2.50 each and they are too lazy to have the spines aligned so that they can be read 😄 Playing shop but not doing it very well.

I am very disappointed by the rude behaviour of the person serving at the counter. My card didn't work, and the lady was quite rude and frustrated that I wanted to try again. Just the fact that I wanted to checkout bothered her! The prices are very high, but as a reseller the prices were manageable.

For a charity they sure seem to not be charitable, charging $2.50 for CDs is already rediculous, One-World Charity stores charge $1, secondly the staff are so rude, made me feel like I was being unreasonable when I asked if I could get a bundle price for buying 20+ CDs, ended up only getting 15 due to that, it's especially rediculous when you consider they used to run a fill a bag with CDs/DVDs for less than $15, scammers I swear, DO NOT RECOMMEND
