Lovely store, well set out, clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always find a treasure or bargain here.

This used to be one of my favourite op shops, as I could almost always find something worth buying. However, it has always been overpriced, and the customer service is consistently very poor. The staff and volunteers often appear inconvenienced simply by the presence of customers. Unfortunately, this seems to be getting worse each time I visit. Given it a 3 star rating because this store is always very clean and well presented and i can always find clothes there.

Almost didn’t want to review as it’s like a well kept secret! I found some super cute pieces and found the pricing to be pretty fair, considering everything is more expensive these days. Friendly and helpful staff and well organised shop. Looking forward to my next visit ☺️😅

Very disappointed and will never go back to the Hyperdome store again. I bought 2 tops last Thursday and when I put one on yesterday it was to tight on my arms. Today I went back to see if I could exchange for something else to that value but because I did have a receipt, even though each time I buy they look up my ph number so it can log what I buy the elderly lady was rude and said “ how did she know it was the one I bought” I said why would I lie about that and asked her to look up on computer to see that I bought last Thursday , she said it didn’t matter she could not prove from that that the shirt was from last week. I then told her to keep the shirt and to take my information off the computer and she rolled her eyes was very rude and said she was unable to do it. I will never donate again to this shop or buy. I think the old lady needs to retire maybe she has had enough seen as how she is so rude

Favourite salvos around! I always find gems here and the staff are beautiful people always have a nice chat with them. The quality of items, store organisation and cleanliness is the best I’ve seen, plus the store always smells nice! My baby accidentally broke an item and the lady was so forgiving and understanding about it which I really appreciate. Other people complaining that a hold was placed and never put aside for them is ridiculous — the aim of the store is to sell the items, most of the time the holding person doesn’t show up so how can you expect them to hold it when there is a willing customer there to pay?
