This particular store always has such lovely people working the register. The store itself is clean, never over cluttered and has good turn over. Prices could be a bit better but overall id definitely recommend.
We bought a childrens book it was priced 1$ each but then we ddn't noticed it was a lifeline tag. The register still priced the books 2$ each. Not impressed...
I had the misfortune to visit this store recently, I cannot begin to describe to feeling I got when seeing prices of average product with brand names priced way above what they are worth to a purchaser. Shoes that kids could be wearing , necklaces above 150 , for goodness sake . Charity before grifting off the public would work wonders for your reputation. I understand you have quitos to abide to , what is that all about . I do understand very little profits go back into the supposed cause this Charity presents to the public .
I haven't seen the owner of the store but everyone talking about how rude he is. This is a charity store and it is still a business. Owner and all the other staff needs to respect to clients. My opinion for the store is quite positive. It has quite large capacity level. They sell old books, magazines, sofas, bed and frames, all type of clothes for all ages and genders. Thank you for the service at Underwood. My star rating will be 4 ⭐️
