Would not step this shop !Purchased 4 items from the $8 dress rack and received a text message from the school that my daughter was unwell and to come pick her up right away and paid at the same time unfortunately I had paid for a $30 dress as it was for the $8 rack , I was not after a refund but only wanted to exchange the same value for $8 dresses as I was sending them for a family in distress overseas but the manager had no compassion or empathy even though I tried hard to explain to her , she was grabbing all the notice board and only trying to prove that I was wrong ! Poor poor customer service and understanding for a op shop! I had not even left the shop with the items .

My teenage daughter was left in tears by the unacceptable treatment we received from a staff member. The older woman with bright red hair should not be working or volunteering for an organisation that says it's values are empathy, compassion and respect. She has none. I would never visit this store again, nor would I donate to the organisation. There appears to be several reviews that echo our experience of aggressive and threatening behaviour.

Disgusting prices. This store should be reported. Just the books alone are Not even close to advertised price, i looked at 7 different books and every single one is "priced otherwise" how is a soft cover adolescents novel nearly 3x more expensive !! They Should be $2 adolescents. I was warned about this store before I went. Dont waste your time. I can see why there average is a 3 and why the majority of their ratings are a 1. Giving vinnies a bad name

The store is beautifully organised and has such a nice feel to it. I always love visiting and looking through the clothes - such great finds with a lot of variety! There’s even a lot of high quality furniture with reasonable prices which is hard to come by in a suburban op shop. The staff are always welcoming and kind. Would recommend visiting.

Found a few gems here. Beautifully organised, colour coordinated selection looks great. Large selection of DVDs, clothes, homewares, and all the little things you can only find in op shops like this.
