I went to donate clothes in very good condition happens twice, they just didn’t want them! They always come up with a reason. Looks like they just are in the store for the sake of it. I feel the NPO should close this branch and not spend money on running the store and instead directed those funds for a more reasonable location where people in need are actually provided with
Service at Red Cross Moonee Ponds was quite underwhelming the day I visited. Clothes were of lesser quality than Red Cross Ascot Vale, yet pricing not reflective. The shop is well organised and is easily accessible via on street parking on Puckle St, or tram nearby.
I love this op shop. It's not your traditional op shop. Things are slightly higher in price because they are designer overstocks, etc. There are gorgeous things here. The staff are really wonderful. I always find something for an event for a much better deal.
Love the store, find very good stuff here. Lots of Designer stuff too! Very good deals. The staff are really nice too.. they even tell you whether the outfits will suit you, and if not, show you stuff that will! Honestly like having a personal stylist haha. The store even allows dogs as long as they are on a lead. 10/10 recommend visiting if you are in the area!
