Always like to check out an Op Shop and Lifeline actually had these fantastic boots, just size too small!
Lifeline Moonee Ponds has a spacious layout that is much deeper than it appears. Great mix of clean quality used items....not just clothes. Some new items. Really engaging kids section. No electricals or furniture here. Service friendly and helpful. A really balanced op shop experience worth popping in for a look.
Was going to go to Brotherhood of St Laurence across the other side of the next street, but they had a plumbing issue. This store was super clean, items were in great condition and are very honest with checking their goods whether it comes with everything. Good bulk deals to be found like with books but don't come here buying one book unless you know its a great deal or you need it badly because one kids book is the same price as five (not bad but was initially confused) Staff were lovely and were up for a chat, just only found the one book but prices were nice (even for an inner city op shop that apparently opened over a year ago). Not much in the way of clothing but loads of DVDs to go through at $2 each.
So nice to have a new op shop on Puckle Street. The store is spaciously laid out making it easy to navigate and browse. Items are reasonably priced and there is a large kids section at the back with books, toys and a big rack of dress up outfits. Staff were very friendly on my visit.
