I’m a dedicated op shopper, but I found this store extremely overpriced, especially for items that weren’t even in the best condition. Unfortunately, I walked out empty-handed. I also wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all during my time in the store. The only positive was that it was clean and tidy.
Salvo Shmalvo!!! How disappointing it is to pack up all your treasured clothing to take to the Salvos at The Aldgate store to “support” them only to find a very ungrateful and extremely unpleasant lady who could not even muster up a Thankyou!!. Her only comment was to bring clothes in a small bag next time?? I will not be supporting this charity again. I would rather support another community group who appreciates our donations more. To the salvos team at Aldgate, clean up your act. A charitable group should not have a Google review score of 3.4. You are obviously doing something that is not sitting well with the community who are supporting you. Off to Vinnie’s!!!
