The staff here were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me buy a sofa there. I am seeing a lot of reviews about overpriced items, so I want to clarify something I found out today. Some of the items in the store are actually brand new, and they mark them up slightly in order to pay for the charitable service they do and staff. Once you know this you realise that there prices are actually good considering you're also helping people as well. The staff were incredibly approachable and friendly and they also gave me quite a few cards worth $20 to spend in other lifeline stores. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you to the people who helpede but that sofa today!

While there are some issues with pricing most staff are more than willing to adjust them if they are egregious. Overall found it to be a very well laid out store with plenty of good finds to be found if you're willing to have an adventure and go on a side quest or two to find them. Best advice to any op shopper is always ask if something can be done a bit cheaper if it seems too expensive, best case they say yes, worst case they say no and you put it back and look for another treasure.
