Terry is one of the best and most polite people I’ve met. She always has good vibes and a great laugh, and she really brightens everyone’s day when you walk in. I often bring my client here and he absolutely loves the atmosphere. Terry makes the place feel welcoming and positive every time we visit. People like her are the reason I enjoy coming to Vinnies. Honestly, she deserves to be paid for the amazing energy she brings, not just volunteering. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I love coming to this place.

This has to be one of the best Vinnies stores anywhere. Good stock fair prices and friendly vibe.

Extremely rude rude older lady this morning went to go donate some plush toys and some brand new Lego this older lady said “ we are not interested bye “ absolutely disgusting behaviour. I would donate goods here frequently but not anymore. I’ll go some place that appreciates it 😀 shame about the rude volunteers. I think she needs to remove her head out of her you know what. 😀

I went to Vinnie's today with a car load of good quality items. As I walked towards the doors and elderly gentleman was bringing furniture into the store. I acknowledged him but got no response, not even a smile he looked very cranky. I proceeded into the store where I politely asked a lovely lady if I could get a trolley as I had a car full. She informed me they had one small one as they had been stolen. I was happy with using the little one just meant I would do about six trips. Lady said to unload into a cage at the door, not a problem. Brought my second load in which had three electrical items, all in good working order. I went to unload them into the cage with some other items. The same man who was packing furniture grabbed the trolley I was about to unload stating " we have to take electrical out the back to check it". I was fine with that but said I needed the trolley to unload the rest of the items. He said "no! He had to take the electrical out the back" he was very rude and abrupt in the way he spoke to me. I said politely I still had some items at which he said " you will have to find something else" As there was only one trolley he could have allowed me to unload it into the cage and then they could have taken it from the cage and put it out the back to check when they sorted the items out. I was trying to donate some good items to charity and he could not have been ruder. I said to him I understood but there was no need to be rude to me, I wasn't being rude or aggressive I just wanted to donate a car load of good quality items. I was so disgusted I walked out saying I would donate them to someone who wanted them. Two days out from Xmas I'm sure someone would have appreciated the items I was donating. I will never donate to Vinnie's again. So disappointed and disheartening.

What a great shop, easy parking right outside, everything in racks or wall cabinets in order. Clean and well presented clothes, shoes and all sorts of houswares, cds, toys, books crockery and paintings. The assistants are very helpful and friendly and prices of items are very fair
