Please change your operating hours. I arrived at 3.38 - checking your website b4 that you would be open - gates closed and told sorry we are closed - I advised him that the website said open till 4 but he said - very politely - ' we need time to count the till and close ' If you cannot serve after 3.30 then please advertise it that way. Just a pain to turn up for nothing Added stars because when I have been there - really good! Even the man and the female worker were lovely though I was a bit miffed and rude

I had an incredible experience at St. Vincent De Paul on Warby Street, Campbelltown, and I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional customer service I received, thanks to a wonderful volunteer named Sheryl. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I was on the hunt for a suit for an upcoming funeral, and honestly, I wasn't sure where to start. Sheryl, however, went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. She took the time to understand my requirements, offering suggestions based on my size and preferences. Her knowledge of the store's inventory was impressive, and she knew exactly where to find the best options that would suit my needs. What really stood out to me, though, was Sheryl’s dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable and confident in my choice. She carefully helped me try on several different suits, providing honest and thoughtful feedback on fit and style. Her attention to detail and willingness to offer assistance made the entire process seamless and stress-free, which was so appreciated given the emotional nature of the occasion I was preparing for. It was clear that Sheryl’s kindness and care went far beyond just helping me find a suit; she genuinely wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible. She even took the time to check on me multiple times during the fitting, making sure everything was perfect. Neat, clean and well organised. It’s small so there’s not much furniture available, but lots of clothes and home wear. All items are clean and in good condition. Some have said items are expensive but it honestly depends what kind of items. Clothes can be a bit pricy but prices for homewear are very good, especially compared to other second hand stores. Staff are friendly and helpful, an older gentleman helped me with an unlabelled item and wrapped the glassware I purchased so it wouldn’t get cracked. Another woman helped by showing me some deals on certain items, and was very friendly and conversational. Overall a very positive experience, will shop there again.
