I visited Vinnies Camden today with one of my clients, and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with both the store and the customer service. Firstly, this is by far the most beautifully presented Vinnies I have ever visited. Everything was organised, tidy, colour coordinated and so easy to browse. You can tell a lot of care and pride goes into maintaining the store, and it genuinely made shopping there a pleasure. What stood out even more, though, was the kindness of one of the staff members. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, which I’m genuinely disappointed about because she deserves recognition. I’m a disability support worker, and my client urgently needed to use the bathroom. She immediately stepped in, took him through to the facilities and made him feel comfortable without hesitation. She was incredibly patient, welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. She even gave my client a discount on the CDs he purchased, which absolutely made his day. It’s rare to come across customer service that leaves such a lasting impression, but she did exactly that. A huge thank you to her and to everyone involved in running such a wonderful store. We will definitely be back With other clients for a field trip.

A well organised and trendy shop! I love the colour coordination and the variety of clothing and items in store. The shop is very clean and appears newly renovated. The staff are friendly and helpful and even allowed our cavoodle inside! I'll be back! Thanks Vinnies!

Looking for inspiration for my History themed mannequins in my classroom, I went to Vinnies Camden and found nearly everything I needed. My students love King Xerxes & Queen Atossa from Ancient Persia and Vikings Erik and Helga. All it takes is a little imagination, a helpful staff and a great range to choose from.

Looks like a new or recently refurbished store, so inside is super spacious, not the usual OP Shop vibe, more of a regular retail shop. They have a large section for the new items and the online stuff they get donated. Huge selection of clothes, it is only colour coordinated as any other Vinnies, so I personally didn't spend much time there as it can be draining and daunting trying to find something in your size, prices for clothing are at the high end, some were really dissapointed to be honest close or even higher to retail value, but you can still find some affordable items if you dig deeper, very scarce though. Staff was lovely to deal with and interact. Parking can be difficult to find nearby.
