I’ve shopped at many op shops, and Fenella’s kindness and professionalism truly stand out; because of her I keep coming back and I’ve recommended the store to friends. The store’s atmosphere feels friendlier and more inclusive thanks to her, and Salvos would benefit from more volunteers who mirror her work ethic. This is a huge store with a variety of items/products. I bought several books, a few items of clothing and some personal items. The colour scheme was noticeable (reds on one shelf, orange on another, blacks on yet another, etc.). I found it quite eye-catching. The items were reasonably priced, unlike Salvo stores in Melbourne. I really enjoy shopping here.
I have recently visiting this store twice to buy Queen Size mattresses. On both occasions I have found the service to be exemplary and going way above and beyond. The first time, I was looked after by the Store Manager and today, my husband and I were looked after by Amy and Vivienne. Helping us to get the mattress into the back of the car proved to be hilarious but without Amy and Vivienne's help, we couldn't have done it. Thank you to you all for making what could have been a challenging experience, lots of fun and you provided fantastic service. Furthermore, the products purchased are great value and really good quality. We're happy to buy these new mattresses from you at a great price. Thank you.
