Red Cross Shop Hampstead Gardens (Superstore)

Very clean and organised. You can always find something fun in this op shop run by great people!

A clean bright shop. Great finds. They have a $3 rack out in front & found some good buys 👍🏼

The worst service overpriced items and very cold reception,I asked if the staff accepts food donations and they asked if the items were expired and after 3 mins of waiting I was told no they don't accept food donations despite the store stating they do in their website.i was trying to help those in need and thankfully found an organisation who warmly welcomed my donations but this organisation who claims to help lack empathy and compassion disgraceful service.

First time going in here and the last time. So over priced. $20 for a second hand top, $40 for a second hand dress. Even with their 50% off wracks it still makes it so expensive. These clothes are donated and they still charge ridiculous amounts. Do they not realise the people shopping in here are having it hard hence why we are shopping here and not buying brand new. They would sell twice as much over if they priced things sensibly. Even my 13 year old daughter said ‘mum it’s so expensive’ We love op shop shopping but this was such a let down. We will in future stick with our salvo’s shopping trips as prices there are fair and staff are super nice. Australian Red Cross, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Normal Sunday, thought to stop in and see what they have. Was greeted by a few staff members who were very friendly, loved to chat. Good prices on everything you need here. Most definitely recommend anyone to come here.
