Staff were absolutely lovely but leaving 2 stars because how ridiculously priced everything was! Kmart/target kids clothes for $10 each?! Literally for toddler shirts. I can buy it new at that price. Old worn supre crops for $15-$20 each?! More then what they were bought at new. I wanted to buy a jacket for my little kid and thought it was $5 it was a target one and went to the counter and was advised it was $15 so ended up putting back :( Prices really neee to be lowered especially for children's clothing you can't be expecting retail prices or more for worn clothing.

The grumpy lady behind the counter with a sour look on her face says “are these yours? Can you get them to stop running around the store?” referring my severely Autistic son who was simply jumping up and down flapping his hands like he does when he gets excited. He was not a danger to anything or anyone whatsoever, just excited. We turned around and left, terrible discriminatory customer service.

Unhelpful & disinterested staff. What a shame, I love to support Red Cross.

I can't believe how expensive this op shop is. Not one item in the women's section below $10. They seem to over price and then wonder why they have so much stock. Old kmart clothing for $13, sportsgirl items going for $20+ even though they are worn and very old.

Has some good items but be careful- tends to be overpriced, eg saw a winter short jacket with very damaged faux leather trim on the pockets - almost all “leather” worn off, priced at $30, no doubt as it was “45% wool”, as staff had marked this on the label. Marking up the prices of woollen items is harsh anyway, given that lower income folk shop here. Have seen multiple items damaged as staff punch the store price tag into the clothing fabric causing little holes, rather than using the available clothing tag - assume bc of shop lifting but other stores don’t do this.
