I went to the store a month ago to donate few things and browse. The new manager was so stand offish. The place looks like it’s a cheap flea market. It was one of the coolest stores in Norwood, was told all the amazing vintage jackets and clothes now get shipped off to Rundle Mall. Very disappointed that profit margin is high on their radar during inflation where average Australians are struggling. Everything cheap is now over priced here, shein and anko labels are being sold for higher than original retail price. You can do better RSPCA Norwood. The volunteers however were super friendly and could probably train Tracy on how to be more welcoming.
Came in the other day with a friend and was really pleasantly surprised by the new layout. A more diverse range of clothing was presented. Loved the vibe and had a lovely chat with the new manager! Look forward to coming back!
So disappointed now that this store has changed management and increased prices. This used to be my favourite op shop in Norwood. I was constantly buying and donating as the prices were fair and good (as second hand shops should be). The staff were so friendly. Last week I visited and the shop displays have been renovated, nice but the prices have gone up, up, up!!! Walking around and finding many women’s items at $50 and $100!!! Why??? Sadly I won’t be shopping there anymore. What used to be a great op shop and is no longer 😞
Shop is nice and tidy. But I was very shock with the price and end up couldn't be bother looking. Selling a second hand dress for $160. Over-priced.
Little shop front with jam packed items. Well presented and has variety. Prices are a little over the top for some items that are clearly almost the at their end life. Fittings rooms are roomy and clean. Most staff were friendly and helpful but some service could be improved.
