RSPCA SA Unley Op Shop

Most staff are friendly n nice except a narrow long face short hair one, her attitude is mean and full of discriminate for what, not helpful and awful to deal with, arrangement and rude. Would never want to deal with her n be serve by her even again the rest team all lovely

I felt very publicly embarrassed in this op shop today. The staff members did not treat me with respect or kindness. I’ve just moved to the city and was looking for new op shops. I lined up for the change room with my bags with items from other op shops. I was lined up for a good 10 minutes. The two staff behind the counter did not approach me to ask me to leave my bags outside of the change room or offer to look after them for me. When I left the change room I felt unwelcome and so when I went to pay for my item I offered for staff to look inside my bags and informed them I’d just been into the changeroom. After checking my bags, one of the staff members came out of the changeroom I’d been into holding an empty hanger (that was not mine, I handed all items I’d tried on back to the checkout and offered them to look inside my bags) and asked why there was an empty hanger. When they were satisfied it wasn’t me, they offered no apology for their assumption that I had been stealing. I was left embarrassed, and I went home and cried after the ordeal. I have never been made to feel this way in a shop before. I was friendly, offered my bags to be checked willingly and without needing to be prompted. I feel as though the staff deliberately waited until after I’d exited the changeroom to ‘catch me out’ for a crime I had not committed. I will not come here again, which is a shame as I am an avid op shopper.

Shop is good. Area full of rude people. Staff is are friendly. Found many clothing bargain, not much else but good for clothes. Do not know how staff deal with so many rude hipsters in area with cool head.

I stumbled across this amazing little OpShop by sheer luck! The shop is like no other OpShop I’ve been to in Adelaide (and I go to a lot) very stylish and it smells amazingly fresh! The highest quality of clothing/items, I couldn’t believe all the designer labels in this shop and everything is so beautifully displayed. The people who run the store are incredibly friendly and so helpful but most of all the prices are really affordable for the quality you get. Love it!

Love this Op Shop, does not look or feel like an Op shop at all! Huge amount of quality items here, even was surprised to see so many designer labels at ridiculous prices! Very friendly staff, the shop even smells amazing! Best Op shop experience, and fur babies are welcome! Love this place 💙👊🏼
